SUCH a beautiful morning....
Very quiet pool, especially for a Monday morning....
I swam:
100 scy's breast warm-up
3500 scy's free
And....I don't say this often...this wasn't "easy-peasy" as sooooo many of my swims are...
No, not this one....
I was tired; this was slow...my body felt heavy....and the rash guard was just irritating....
But I did it....and I'm glad and grateful that I did....
I've been fatigued for the past four or five days; I know that it will pass....
Reflecting on these questions keeps me....in the direction of positivity and health....
Checking myself....
In this chapter of my life, I have far more questions than I have answers.....
I walked the beach and swam a little bit in the very calm ocean yesterday....
The weather has been absolutely gorgeous...sunny and warm by day, a little bit cooler by night....full moon....soft trades...
I love this island....
I went to the hospital for the CT scan this afternoon...
I've been somewhat anxiously awaiting this day, this scan....
I'll have to wait until Thursday when I see Dr. Louie to find out....the results....
I'm tired and a little bit unsettled this evening....
Watching a doc about Billy Joel....my all-time favorite singer-songwriter...
Perhaps I am trying to distract myself....
They really don't make music the way the used to....give me those 80's and 90's any day!
