Mmmmm.....that felt soooo very gooood...
I helped my daughter and took care of my Grand-dude all day....and I am happy to do that....but....there must be time for me....

Late afternoon swim....quiet pool....
I've been feeling like I'm fighting something....a cold or something...maybe just side effects of the treatment...for a few days...
But when I hit the water.....
Biked home at dusk....
Lavender puffs of clouds sat on and the sun setting glowed from behind the Ko'olau to my left....the sky over the ocean was pastel pink to my right....sooo beautiful...
Warm, tropical air....
Kids playing ball on the expansive fields at the park...
I love this lovely island...
I love this town...
I love this beach cottage...
I love my bike...
I love swimming....
I love my kit-kats waiting for me....
I love my family...my kids...my Grand-dude....
Jesus....
Feeling great and exceedingly grateful.
