Wow...felt absolutely fantastic!!!

Saw the pulmonologist after swimming (went in my swimsuit because I just didn't want to stop swimming early to go home and shower and change) to review my scans and lung performance test results:

For each of the four tests, looking for at least 80% scores, mine were:

104%

112%

139%

84%

Doctor Lo said he had to do a double-take when he reviewed my chart/results last night prior to our appointment today..."remarkabke" ..."superhero lungs "

Prescription: "keep swimming."

No problem there; I refuse to stop...

But this is no time for complacency...

Going forward intrepidly, but also vigilantly....focused...positively...

Faithfully and prayerfully...
