A few raindrops on the pool this morning...looked...pretty....

I wore a rash guard...

But there was actually a fair smattering of sunshine for most of my swim ...

Air temp 80° and calm

Pool temp cool, but not cold...comfy...ditched the rash guard after my warm-up...

200 scy's breast warm-up

4000 scy's free

200 scy's free & breast cool-down

After-treatment fatigue...everything feels heavy....

Did it anyways....under 90 min and happy with that ...

Will rest, hydrate, and right/balance myself ...

Rain in the forecast for the whole week, and raining here tonight...it was dry all day, started raining as soon as I got in tonight...

Laura picked me up after my swim and I spent the rest of the day with her and Ead Aki....she had meetings at 1 pm and 2 pm, so I fed Ead his lunch and played with him until she was finished with her work.  Ead slept in the car while we did a couple of errands; he woke up when we got to the commissary and we did a little bit of shopping.

We ate pizza and fed and bathed Ead, and then we just played with Ead, who is sooooo delightfully playful!!!  And sooooo bright and intelligent!!  He absolutely fascinates me!

I enjoyed the ocean for three consecutive days:  on Friday, I played in the waves at Kalama's with Kohga; on Saturday, I did some light swimming (aware of my compromised condition after Friday afternoon's treatment) on a very beautiful day....calm, clear ocean the color sea glass; on Sunday, yesterday, some gentle swimming in the vicinity of the buoys...I'd forgotten my goggles, but just as well (again, aware of my compromised condition).

Wow...!  It is raining VERY HARD here right now!  It's not blowing in, though I've partially closed my jalousie windows anyways.  I do love the sound...and it is cool...it will be a good night for sleeping!!  Snuggled up with my kit-kats!!

I would hate to leave this cottage, though I think that I will probably one day live with Laura.

The after-treatment fatigue is challenging, but I am becoming accustomed-to-and-not-so-frustrated-by it.

I think that I have a therapy appointment with MMWT in the morning; I'd like to swim and don't really mind swimming in the rain as long as it's not too cold!  I really need to swim so I hope that there is a hiatus in the rain and that the air is just not too cold and windy!

Feeling good & grateful....very, very grateful.
